Seeking a registered nurse with 1-2 years of case management and or community-based nursing experience who is responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all county-wide healthcare plan services for members of an assigned caseload. Community travel is required. The salary range for this position is $72,000-$74,000, based on experience. APPLY!
